1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Nirmalio website, web-based dashboard, mobile applications, and related software services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into these terms on behalf of a laundry business or entity, you represent that you have the legal authority to bind that entity. If you do not agree, please do not use our Service.

2. The Service and Platform Scope

Nirmalio provides a cloud-based Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Point of Sale (POS) business management software designed for laundry businesses.

• Web and Mobile Ecosystem: The Service includes a web platform (primarily used for advanced inventory control, financial ledger configurations, and multi-outlet management) and mobile applications published via the Google Play Store (primarily used for on-site POS transactions and operational workflows).
• Feature Access: Specific tools regarding transactions, financial reporting, payroll calculations, multi-outlet management, and inventory tracking are strictly limited to the tiers available on your active subscription plan.

3. Accounts, Security, and Mobile Device Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and safeguarding your login credentials across all web and mobile portals.

• User Permissions: You are entirely liable for all activities, transactions, and system modifications performed under your account, including those by your designated staff or outlet managers.
• Mobile & App Store Compliance: Your download and use of the mobile application are also subject to the rules of the Google Play Store. You are solely responsible for securing physical mobile devices or thermal printing peripherals utilized at your laundry outlets. 4. Subscriptions, Payments, and App Tiers

Paid features (such as Pro or Business plans) are subject to the pricing, billing cycles, and terms displayed at the time of purchase.

• Processing: All payments are handled securely through authorized third-party payment gateways.
• Refund Policy: Unless required otherwise by applicable regional laws, subscription fees are strictly non-refundable once the active billing cycle has commenced. Failure to clear subscription dues may result in immediate tier downgrades or restricted access to the web dashboard and inventory histories.

5. Acceptable Use and System Integrity

You agree not to misuse the Service. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

• Violating local business, labor, or tax laws.
• Disrupting cloud infrastructure or bypassing API restrictions.
• Copying, modifying, scraping, or reverse engineering any part of the website code or the mobile application package.
• Utilizing Nirmalio to process fraudulent transactions or manage illicit inventory.

6. Your Business Data and Data Synchronization

You retain full ownership rights over all operational data, customer logs, financial inputs, and laundry transaction data you input into the platform.

• Data Processing License: You grant Nirmalio a limited, non-exclusive license to process, host, backup, and analyze this data solely to provide, secure, maintain, and optimize the Service, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
• Offline-First Synchronization: The mobile application may utilize local caching mechanics to log laundry transactions offline. You acknowledge that data modified or captured while offline will only synchronize with the cloud database upon connecting to a stable internet network. Nirmalio is not liable for data gaps or conflicts resulting from device failures prior to a successful cloud sync.

7. Financial Modules and Inventory Accuracy Disclaimers

• No Professional Advice: The financial reporting, tax estimates, and payroll calculation tools built into Nirmalio are processing utilities only. They do not constitute professional accounting, legal, or certified tax advice.
• Customer Verification: You are entirely responsible for verifying the accuracy of hours worked, employee wage rates, inventory stock counts, supply costs, and tax parameters before processing payroll or running regulatory financial statements.
• Stock & Financial Variances: Nirmalio does not track physical stock discrepancies, garment degradation values, or liquid chemical leakage. You assume all business risk associated with financial decisions or inventory restock orders driven by data calculated through the dashboard.

8. Intellectual Property

Nirmalio, its logos, software code, custom user interfaces, brand features, and proprietary mobile architectures remain our exclusive property or that of our licensors. You receive only a limited, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access the SaaS environment and run the published application for internal business operations.

9. Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to temporarily suspend or permanently terminate your access to the web dashboard and mobile app integrations for material breaches of these terms, prolonged non-payment, security risk mitigation, or explicit legal obligations. You can discontinue using the Service at any time; account deletion requests can be initiated via our designated account management page.

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.

• No Warranty: Nirmalio makes no explicit guarantees that the system will be entirely uninterrupted, free of software bugs, or perfectly aligned with your unique operational workflows.
• Liability Cap: Nirmalio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of business profit, loss of laundry operational data due to user negligence, hardware integration failures (such as thermal bluetooth printer disconnections), or network outages beyond our direct infrastructure control.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by, interpreted, and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. Any legal disputes arising from or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Indonesia.
